Now accepting applications for the 2010-2011 school year!

Beginning on the 15th of May 2010, rent will be $375/month for 9-month leases and $355/month for 12-month leases.  This includes all utilities, wireless Internet and furniture.

To get started with Koa Evanston Heights, please download the application and the Disclosure and release (PDFs), print them out completely and mail them to us along with your $50 application fee, and the back page of the Tenant Handbook, signed by you and your guarantor. 

Once we receive your application, Disclosure, and the signed back page of the Handbook, we will do a background check on you and your guarantor.  If you are accepted, we’ll send you back a lease to sign and some more instructions.

If any part of your application is incomplete, we’ll mail it back for you to finish before we process it.

Your Security Deposit and signed lease are required to reserve a room.  Just filling out the application does not reserve a room!

Your first month’s rent will be due when you arrive.
