Rent includes all utilities except cable TV and phone service. We cover water, trash, electricity (heat), and a dedicated wireless Internet connection for each student.
The only on-campus facility at the Rochester Community & Technical College, the Koa Evanston Heights Apartments were built specifically for students. The apartments are occupied by students from schools and colleges throughout the Rochester area, and they are designed specifically to meet the needs of students.
On top of that, each tenant has his or her own lease - it won’t be your problem if your roommates don’t pay their rent!
Off-street parking in our parking lot is also available.
We have a full-time maintenance staff, an on-site manager, Security, and many other amenities!
We do have room for the 2009-2010 year.
